How to apply (by SMS)
- 1. Send the first SMS using a Teletalk prepaid SIM. 2. You will receive a return SMS with a PIN and fee details. 3. Send the second SMS confirming the payment using the provided PIN. 4. Save the final confirmation SMS containing your tracking number.
Only Teletalk prepaid mobile phones can be used to pay the board challenge fee. The application fee is strictly non-refundable.
